Delays nobody owns
A customer request or internal decision sits between people, and nobody is sure who should move it forward.
How we help
For owners and operations leaders who keep dealing with the same delays, repeated work, or decisions that come back to them.
Is this your situation?
Capable people can still get trapped in delays, repeated work, unclear handoffs, and decisions that keep circling back. We call the accumulated friction organizational drag.
A customer request or internal decision sits between people, and nobody is sure who should move it forward.
Incomplete information, unclear requirements, or disconnected tools create avoidable checking and correction.
Routine exceptions keep reaching the owner or operations leader because authority and escalation rules are unclear.
What the process looks like
A no-cost, 30-minute conversation clarifies the problem and whether outside help is useful. You receive a proposed scope and fee before any paid work.
Robert reviews one agreed workflow, interviews relevant people, and examines available records. We agree access, participants, and timing in advance.
You receive an Organizational Drag Map, findings with their evidence and limits, and a practical recommendation. A decision session helps you choose what happens next.
Your team can use the brief internally. If you want support with a pilot or implementation, we agree a separate scope, fee, owner, and measures.
What should be different?
By the end of the diagnostic, you should know where the problem occurs, what the evidence supports, and which next step deserves attention.
Over the following 30–90 days, an agreed change can be assessed against measures such as turnaround time, repeat work, or escalations. The diagnostic does not promise a predetermined improvement or include implementation.
If your team already has a well-supported cause and can fix it, we will say so. A diagnostic should resolve a meaningful uncertainty.
